Where and how to use it?
1. Low temperature needle valve with valve cover shall be selected for pipeline system and device of low temperature medium.
2. Lifting rod needle valve can be selected for the pipeline system of oil refining unit and catalytic cracking unit.
3. In the device and pipeline system containing acid, alkali and other corrosive media in the chemical system, the all stainless steel needle valve made of austenitic stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene shall be selected as the valve seat sealing ring.
4. Metal to metal sealing needle valve can be selected for the pipeline system or device of high-temperature medium such as metallurgical system, power system, petrochemical device and urban heating system.
5. When flow regulation is required, worm gear driven, pneumatic or electric regulating needle valve (V-shaped opening) can be selected.
6. Needle valves with full diameter and welded structure shall be selected for oil and gas transmission trunk lines and pipelines to be cleaned and buried; Buried globe valves shall be connected by full diameter welding or flange.
7. Flange connected needle valve shall be selected for the transmission pipeline and storage equipment of finished oil.
8. Needle valves with flange connection and internal thread connection shall be selected for urban gas and natural gas pipelines.
