The air pressure regulating range of Stainless Steel QTYH Series High Pressure Air Treatment Units is from 0 to 35kg, which is especially suitable for the pneumatic pipeline system where the working pressure is more than 10kg. The compressed air source pressure can be adjusted to the set working pressure, and the pressure fluctuation can be stabilized. When the system pressure is higher than the set pressure, it can cause overflow exhaust to maintain the stability of the system working pressure.

1. Stainless Steel QTYHSeries High Pressure Air Treatment Units can be installed at any position, but it can be installed in the vertical direction as much as possible (the handle is on the top or below).
2. During the installation of Stainless Steel QTYHSeries High Pressure Air Treatment Units, the piping shall be installed in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, which is the direction of gas flow.
3. The Stainless Steel QTYHSeries High Pressure Air Treatment Units can be used alone, but the effect is better if the front of the inlet of the pressure regulating valve is equipped with a water separator and air filter. Due to the condensed water, oil dirt and dust of the air not filtered by the water separator and air filter, the pressure regulating valve will be blocked, resulting in poor operation of the pressure regulating valve. If the downstream circuit needs oil supply, the oil mist device shall be installed on the outlet side of the pressure regulating valve. When combined with the water separator and oil mist filter, the water separator and air filter shall be installed at the front of the air inlet direction, followed by the pressure regulating valve, and finally the oil mist filter.
4. When installing the pressure regulating valve on Stainless Steel QTYHSeries High Pressure Air Treatment Units, the dust and chips in the connecting pipe shall be removed first. The pipe thread shall be the same as the connecting thread of the pressure regulating valve. The pipe shall not be screwed in excessively, and 1.5-2 thread width shall be reserved at the end.
5. When installing Stainless Steel QTYHSeries High Pressure Air Treatment Units, more than 60mm space shall be reserved at the bottom thread for maintenance.
