The gas block microduct snap-in connector is normally used between indoor and outdoor environments to prevent air flow that may result in condensed water getting into ducts. After cable installation, the connector can be gas sealed by turning a ring on the body or by pushing the connector ends together.
Gas block connectors for different duct sizes are available:
The connectors and end stops are deigned for reliable performance. The push-fit technology enables quick and easy installation simply by pushing the duct end into the connector. When pushed in, the duct is instantly locked to the connector. 5 mm and 5 to 7 mm connectors are activated by turning a ring on the connector.
7-18 mm connectors are activated by pressing the two parts of the connectors together until they lock in position.
