Presently, the long-arm rotating baghouse is polularly used in power industry, the feature of which is suitable for the dust wind with high air volume, small wokload of maintenance, high blow volume, low pressure and energy saving, etc. The heart part system of pulse valve is usually imported from abroad the 8" Pulse Valve while the most of Pulse Valve produced domestically is at most 3" which can not meet the requirement of high blow jetting volume. To satisfy the high speed development of APC requirement, we have developed 8", 10", 12", 14" and 16" low pressure pulse valve. Working Principle
The low pressure large-orifice pulse valve stop working by the differential pressure between the both sides of diaphragm. The pilot head of Pulse Valve open the balancing holes with time of pulse duration ( 0.15-0.3s). The airflow in the high pressure area of diaphragm will be released so that the diaphragm will be holded up and the Pulse Valve start cleaning.

Installation Instructions
1,The dimension of air manifold must meet the specification requirement. All the matching surface should be cleaned before installation.
2,The air manifold installation surface should be clean and smooth, no burrs, welding slags or other materials which will shorten the life of diaphragm.
3,When installing the diaphragm ( before Pulse Valve body installation), the postion of diaphragm hole must be consistent with the flange hole.
4,The convex side of diaphragm assembly must match the surface of exhaust pipe in air manifold.
5,When installing the Pulse Valve, the spring which must fix into the plate trough.
6,After installation of Pulse Valve body, the silencers must be fixed on the air manifol to ensure Pulse Valve clean and dry, in order to prolong the Pulse Valve life and reduce noise pollution.
